“We are inclined to believe those whom we do not know because they have never deceived usâ€, Samuel Johnson.
People tend to trust others but they don’t trust in them who deceive them as none wants to be deceived in the world.
Trust is not always so hard to gain as it is usually mentioned but the problem with the trust is that it is an issue of just once.If trust is breached once, it is almost become impossible to gain it again.People do trust us but only once and if we succeed to do according to their trust, they trust us again and whenever we do something that breach this trust, they forget all the previous sincerity and trustworthiness that we used to provide them with services.
Trust is really a sensitive issue but it is also a truth that the people have to trust others in their daily lives otherwise it becomes quite difficult for them even to perform even a small transaction not only in financial life but also in social life as human life is all about transactions.
Believe me People have to trust, whatever you sale to them, whatever you provide to them and when people come to buy your product, it means they are trusting you but it is on you how far you maintain that trust.Usually in business it happens so that more attention is given to gain customers trust and less efforts are made to maintain the trust people have in you or in your product.

Communication is the most important thing in customer service, and is the first step in making your customers wants to come back to your company again and again. Ask customers how their experience was first, and then cite any problems and note those areas where the company did well. Before you delve into your sales pitch, find out what the customer wants. They will appreciate that you took the time to think about their needs.
2. Go the extra mile for your customers
Customers are always impressed when someone exceeds their expectations. Just ask a mother who has gone to a fast food restaurant with a crying baby and two young children in tow. She won’t soon forget the employee who offers to carry her tray over to the table for her. Or when someone orders a pizza and there aren’t any drivers available, the owner of the pizza shop delivers the pizza himself. Its little things that will keep your customers coming back to your business and recommending it to the people they know.
