Third party contracts for billing can be an easy way out. Some billing services can be utilized for online email billing. The service is free as regards the emails but they will charge you for the paper and other errands performed. You will have to take everything into account before deciding arrangements.
The email billing offers quick payment option. This is cost effective and convenient. The email bill receiving customers may not respond to your invoices immediately and may get blocked. So give weight to the customer’s suitability.

When using third party services your customer accounts access should carry adequate security features to protect them from being hijacked.
