Honey: Honey has been found quite effective to enrich blood and get rid of the condition. It is better to use the darker forms of honey for this purpose. You can add honey to juices like orange juice, apple and pomegranate fruit. Similarly, it can be used with other foods like bananas and apples as well. Honey with egg yolk also proves very effective to get rid of anemia.

Herbal mixtures: There are many herbs, like yellow dock, parsley, bilberry, dandelion and gentian, which can be very effective to treat anemia. You make an herbal infusion of these various herbs and can add some honey in it to treat the condition.
