Consumers have been warned against the intake of certain types of dried plums. The FDA of USA has released this safety warning. The recent press release has made it clear that certain contents in most dried prune companies have caused more health hazard that any benefit. The Texas Department of State Health Services has listed that some of the types of dried plums and especially the imported plums have high levels of lead.
This is certainly something that should not be consumed for any call for health. The candied and salted treats of prunes that are sold in many Asian as well as Hispanic markets are really the ones to avoid. These are also available in several retail outlets across US. Swine Flu Vaccine
As the world is finally getting all ready and geared up against the latest menace in the form of swine flu, it seems that a shipment of bad news is waiting to be unleashed. According to sources in Washington, health service authorities are now on the verge of having sleepless nights due to a factory logjam.
In other words, an unexpected problem in the form of a factory logjam is threatening to delay the process of putting the liquid into the syringes resulting in a sudden stasis for the entire process which has been so enthusiastically lapped up by the people. The recent estimates reveal that the country is not going to have 120 million doses ready to be distributed by the 15th of October, but instead it has to be settled for 45 million units. The authorities are however hopeful about coming up with a solution.

There has been long research to find a perfect vaccine for HIV/AIDS virus that would boost the immune system of human beings to protect itself from the attack of human immunodeficiency virus. But the success rate has been disappointing and after repeated efforts, the scientists and doctors are shifting their attention to a new research where they would insert a gene (perhaps modified) into the muscles of human that will enable the body to produce protective antibodies against the HIV viruses. Such antibodies inside the body of human beings will not allow the HIV virus to attack the immune system of our bodies thus preventing the body from getting infected by HIV.
