Large hidden world may prowl ahead of Pluto

by at Friday, June 20, 2008 in Science and Space

According to a new computer model, away from the course of Pluto, an unknown icy world might prowl in the reaches of our solar system.

Based on the model this hidden world considered to be quite bigger than Pluto and it could elucidate odd features of the Kuiper Belt that is an area away from Neptune and replete with rocky and icy bodies. The existence of that region would gratify hypotheses and long-held hopes for “Planet X” that has been visualized by the science fiction enthusiast as well as by the scientists.

Study team member Patryk Lykawka of Kobe University in Japan stated “Though the search for a far-away solar system is old and far from over.”

Like Plants and animals, Airplanes will also possess self-healing power

To point out damage like a bruise, epoxy system is used in the new technology
Inspired by the self-healing capabilities of animals and plants a new technology may make it possible for the plans to point out even the most diminutive holes to mechanics upon landing besides allowing the damaged planes to heal them while on the fly. If this technique becomes successful, in the future wind turbines, aircrafts and even spaceships may posses fixed circulatory systems with a thick synthetic paste that will enter into these holes and cracks and then under ultraviolet light it will incandesce to point out the damages like a bruise.

Plastic-based composites that are also known as fiber-reinforced polymers will be used as a particular help for the system. These polymers are getting quite popular among aircraft, wind-turbine and automotive manufacturers who use this material as protective layers of skin.

At a gathering of thousands of astronomers all around the world, the scientists that played a pivotal role in NASA’s three Great observations found a big opportunity to present their stuff this week. A break in “the case of the missing dwarf”, an extensive shot of star birth in our own galaxy and a second look at supernova’s leftovers all were included in that good stuff.

In all these three cases it wasn’t the matter that results were just the result of one team working on its own. To develop a whole that was greater than the collection of its part, findings from many instruments and telescopes were shared jointly.

In a minute ago the scientists of NASA have declared that the smallest black hole as ever tiny but they are covered up with extreme power like of rock. These small slots are found as  in a smaller quantity than 4 times the cluster of our sun as well as concerning the size of a big metropolitan.

Although these small holes by nick name dub J1650, could easily magnify a man towards the situation of string spaghetti by the techniques of dragging.

The powerful black holes almost cross all the restrictions and obstacles in its way movements. Astronomers are very keen in their observations plus investigations about the probable dimension of a black hole.

The scientists claimed that there would be the most muscular small black hole than the larger black holes observed right by the core of our galaxies.
