Recent news from Apple has indicated that apple has bought a streaming music company lala which allow its users to listen to music without the interruption of annoying ads.

Like Pandora, Lala is streamed from the internet rather than from the local stores and that is the reason this kind of streaming is quite faster. This speed of Lala allows the users to listen to a catalogue of over 7 million songs free as a stream, but they can listen a song only one time for unlimited time they had to pay some fee and it is not unaffordable.

The integration of Lala with Apple is yet a mystery as Apple has not yet given any reason for buying this online store. As a predictor we can say that Apple might be planning some new product for which they are buying these new technologies.

According to Apple spokesman Steve Dowling “Apple buys smaller technology companies from time to time and we generally do not comment on our purpose or plan.” The main thought of Apple is definitely making the online easy for its users and it is surely an effort to give a tougher competition to its competitors in the iPhone industry.

Apple has announced that they will bring the traditional “black Friday” sale to UK this week and this may be because of Apple’s good sale in turkey’s thanksgiving holiday.

Apple’s fans in UK were very jealous of that holiday sale in turkey so by this way they will be satisfied as they are also getting a chance to get a good discount on Apple’s products like iPods, Macbooks and others. Actually the name black Friday comes from the name given in US for the commencement of the Christmas shopping season, the day after Thanksgiving, which is headlined by massive sales.

The Apple’s customers received an email from Apple about this one day event. It has been said by Apple that it will be a special one day sale both in shops and online stores. Traditionally Apple always carries such kind of sale once in the year and due to some new and fantastic new products by Apple this sale is expected to the best one in the history, one reason for it might be that Apple fame has increased too much from the past few years and now people have strong trust on the Apple products.

The leading VoIP operator at Skype announced the launch of a latest version of Windows software that keeps updates of Skype either on your Windows tool bar, mobile or even i-phone.

Upgrading through this is really a great thing to experience on your Apple iPhone, iPod or iMac. iPhone Skypers can now regularly check in with their Skype voicemail without turning on their computer. Text messages on Skype will also be shown on your iPhone that will come in the form of chip text messages.

In addition to luggage and support there will be great improvement coming forth as this system develops. Skype’s new design gives a wonderful look and feel while there is little to makeover. But still some restructuring of designs and styles will bring it the cutting edge look that it needs to deal with. All Apple devices will be able to experience the great quality of the upcoming changes. There will be few UI niggles that need to be changed as well. The Skype 4.1 version is now ready to be downloaded by anyone who is using Windows. With the latest range of services one can easily share and transfer files from the iPhone without any hassle.

This is generally a great addition to the service. By fixing a number of bugs this new beta release is a good thing for all iPhone customers.

Renzor has cleared his view point on a blog forum and he emphasized with some clear cut words that seems somewhat discomforting for Apple. According to Renzor, Apple’s attitude is quite comparable to Wal-Mart Stores.

“I had the same problem with Wal-Mart some years back and it was really an issue of hypocrisy and consistency. Wal-Mart had chaotic years just after they insisted that their music would be censored of all vulgarities and they would develop only the clean versions of it.”

“To meet Wal-Mart standard different bands had to edit their words and that changed the art of album only because of the reason that a large number of records is sold by Wal-Mart and now you can see the impact as NIN section is empty there,” he added.

He ended his saying with the message: “Apple you must give a close look to your policies and you must also put your app approval scenario together.”

Renzor also linked his developer post in his Tweets on Twitter:

“v 1.0.3 has been rejected while v1.0 is still live, the reason was the content that this application doesn’t have yet. Apple not letting us to enhance the stability of the current application and we are not allowed to fix bugs related to the issue because of objectionable content.”

As reported on wednesday, Apple has said that its has gone up to 2 percent during the holiday period. Amazingly, it has beaten the expectation levels of Wall Street. But on the other hand, it has gone down the expectations of the analysts and the iphone, iPod makers.

In the first quarter of the fiscal year (ended on Dec 27th) the earning level of Apple Inc. up to $1.61 billion, which was higher than the previous year, i.e. $1.58 billion. The difference was evident in the shares too i.e., $1.76 per share last year and $1.78 per share this year.

Apple’s share value declined previously with the much talked about health conditions of CEO and co-founder Steve Jobs. It has been a great concern for investors as Steve plays a vital part in each process of idealizing, designing, manufacturing, launching and marketing of a new product.

It has been also reported by the Wall Street Journal that an inquiry will undergo regarding the disclosure of Steve’s health. Generally, such matters are not a concern of U.S Securities and Exchange Commission, which will be holding the inquiry. But it is different for Apple, as it is thought that the obvious health conditions had been hidden previously to gain publicity.

Associate dean of the Yale University School of Management, Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, said, “Steve Jobs himself thinks the Steve Jobs mystique is of value — otherwise, why not have other people introduce those products over the past 10 years?”, “Steve Jobs, Martha Stewart and Donald Trump have all made the boss the brand. The boss is the brand at Apple.”

Can you wait for some time? If you can, there is another option and this option is Apple University that is going to be opened next year. So, just think about spending time with Steve Jobs at the student bar, listening to Jonathan Ive lecture on design and tinkering with iPhones. Still are you thinking about Oxford or Cambridge?

Yeah it’s true, Apple has decided to throw open the doors of its own educational institute, the Apple University.

The news came forward after Apple announcement that it had recruited Joel Podolny (the dean of the Yale School of Management) as vice president and dean of Apple University.

It is expected that Podolny will start working at Apple in January next year that should lead to the first classes accepting students in the coming academic year.

But wait a moment before becoming over-excited and canceling their studying places, you must know that the University is likely to be opened only for Apple employees.

With such moves Apple is trying to follow the footsteps of the Pixar University that is offering three-month duration courses in digital animation to new animators.

No problem! With over $1 billion profits, Apple shrugs off the world’s economic worries and posts one of its best quarters ever. According to Apple, soaring sales of iPhones and Macs played a key role in this success.

“We have succeeded to sale more phones than RIM and it is, indeed, one of the best quarters in Apple’s history.” A happy Steve Jobs crowed announced.

The company reported $1.14 billion 3Q profit on almost $8 billion sales, which shows an income of $1.26 per diluted share of stock.

Mac computers came forward as a big seller with 21% more units’ sale than the same period during last year. Similarly, iPod saw 8% increase in sale compared to the same period of last year.

According to Job, “It is yet not known how this economic slow down will affect Apple, but we now we have the most powerful product line in the history of the company, best employees as well as the best customers.” Currently the company has $25 billion of cash in the bank without any debt.

The numbers are quite different from Yahoo that also announced financial results today. The company is considering shedding 10% of its workforce globally to save $400 million by the end of this year.

Of course, there are varying opinions about what the Apple MacBook Pro 2008 has to offer.

Starting with what people like the most, the new Apple MacBook Pro offers a longer lasting battery. This was a major problem for many in the past, and it appears that Apple has pretty much corrected this problem. For business users in particular, this was a major issue.

Moving on, the Apple MacBook Pro has taken a cue from the MacBook Air and now offers touchpad gestures. Is this really that big of a deal? While this is not a “make or break” feature, it is one that users have come to love in the MacBook Air. Generally speaking, this is a comfort and convenience feature that will go a long way in making the Apple MacBook Pro more desirable.

The main beef with the Apple MacBook Pro is that it does not offer much more than the smaller 13 inch MacBook, but the price is considerably higher. With an approximate price tag of $2,800, consumers want to make sure that they are getting a high level of features. It is up to each buyer to decide if the Apple MacBook Pro 2008 Edition is worth the extra money. To go along with this, tech savvy buyers are still complaining about the lack of an SD card reader.

The Apple MacBook Pro 2008 Edition is a quality machine that is solid as a rock. With that being said, many buyers are unsure if upgrading to this machine is worth the money. Reviews are pretty good across the board, but before buying, consumers should compare this machine with the others in the Apple MacBook line.

Although the Apple iPhone has only been on store shelves for eight months or so, it has made a big dent in the mobile phone industry. Apple did such a great job with marketing that consumers were clamoring to get their hands on this product the second that it was made available to the public. And although the iPhone has done quite well in a short period of time, it is safe to say that Apple is not going to stop there. Instead, they have announced that new software development is going to offer many enterprise features that are sure to get people in the business sector excited.

Companies that specialize in enterprise software are excited about the prospects of developing applications that will be compatible with the iPhone and its OS X operating system. Service provider AT&T has also gotten in on the action by giving iPhone users the ability to sign up as a business user. In the past, personal accounts were the only option.

Consumers who usually shy away from the iPhone may change their mind when they find out that they will be able to use it more for business related tasks. In the fourth quarter of last year, the iPhone came in third as far as smartphone worldwide sales are concerned. For a product that has only been available for eight months, this is quite the accomplishment. Apple hopes for sales to climb even higher when new enterprise applications are made available. This will help to show both business users as well as companies that the iPhone can compete with the many BlackBerry devices that have become so popular.

What new enterprise features can users expect to see in the near future? While it is difficult to say, it is widely thought that one of the first will be an email software program similar to Lotus Notes by IBM or Exchange by Microsoft. Until this feature is available, it is next to impossible for business users to receive email pushed through to their iPhone.

Apple is not sitting back and enjoying the success that it has had with the iPhone. Instead, they are forging forward to ensure that the iPhone offers more features, and caters to a larger user base.
